The scope of this policy
Table & Return provides restaurant email templates, general guides, and an AI-assisted writing tool. In this policy, 'we' means the operator of this website, and 'you' means a person using it. This policy covers the website's own features. Your email-sending platform, reservation system, and any linked website have their own practices. This version does not offer user accounts, collect payment details, store a server-side library of drafts, or send marketing campaigns on your behalf. If those features change, the policy should be reviewed and updated before the change is introduced.
Browsing and hosting information
The website is designed for Cloudflare Workers hosting. Requests necessarily involve information such as an IP address, requested path, browser details, request time, and technical response information. Hosting and security services may process or retain request information for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service operation under their own settings and policies. We do not intentionally include submitted campaign text or API credentials in application logs. A statement about the application's draft storage does not mean that internet infrastructure or third-party providers keep no logs. Their retention and access controls must be considered separately.
What happens to a campaign brief
When you use the AI generation button, the form sends your restaurant name, restaurant style, selected scenario, tone, campaign description, offer information, and any sending details you entered to our server endpoint. The endpoint validates the request and submits the brief to DeepSeek to produce the text. Only enter business information you are comfortable having processed for this purpose. Do not submit customer lists, personal contact details, dates of birth, payment data, or confidential information. You can use and edit the supplied examples without submitting a brief to DeepSeek.
DeepSeek and other service providers
DeepSeek operates the AI service and processes submitted information under its applicable terms and privacy arrangements. Provider retention, location of processing, and access practices are governed by that provider and the operator's account settings or agreement; this website does not promise zero retention by DeepSeek. Processing may take place outside your country. If your organization requires a specific data-processing agreement or regional restriction, confirm that requirement before using the generator. Links to third-party services are for convenience and do not transfer control of their practices to us.
Draft storage and downloads
The active form, generated draft, and manual edits are kept in the browser page's memory. They are not saved as an account history by this application and will be cleared when the page reloads or closes. Copying sends the selected email text to your device's clipboard. Downloading creates a file on your device through your browser. Your browser, operating system, clipboard manager, backup tools, or other software may handle those copies according to their own settings. Decide where to save exports and remove any files you no longer need.
Optional analytics and your choice
The site supports Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity when the operator supplies valid configuration IDs. These optional services are not loaded until you choose to allow analytics. Google Analytics is used for page activity and limited product events, such as generating, copying, or downloading an email. The application does not intentionally send your form values or draft text as analytics event properties. Microsoft Clarity can help explain how a page is used; form, editing, and draft-preview regions are marked for masking. Analytics providers may also process device and connection information.
Cookies and changing your preference
The website saves your analytics preference in local storage under a site-specific key so it can apply your choice on later visits in the same browser. Optional analytics providers may set their own cookies after consent. Use 'Cookie settings' in the footer to accept or decline. If you withdraw permission after allowing analytics, the site updates the providers' consent state, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies, and reloads to stop the loaded integrations. Some cookies or records held by providers cannot be removed directly by this website. You can also clear site data through your browser.
Security, limits, and your responsibilities
The application keeps the DeepSeek API credential on the server, checks input lengths and links, limits generation requests, and escapes text in HTML exports. These measures reduce particular risks but do not guarantee that any online service is perfectly secure. Do not paste secrets or personal customer information into the brief. A rate-limit key is derived from connection information to help control abuse; it is not a saved customer profile. Search Console and Bing verification tags establish site ownership and do not themselves install a visitor analytics script.
Questions, rights, and policy updates
Depending on applicable law and the operator's role, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other action concerning personal information. The operator must assess a request against the information it actually controls and any legal obligations. Local drafts can be cleared by refreshing the page, while files and clipboard copies need to be managed on your device. Provider-held information may require a request to the relevant provider as well. Use the contact channel published by the operator for privacy questions. Check the date at the top for updates; continued availability of this page is not a substitute for notice where notice is required.
