Using the service
Table & Return offers English-language restaurant email examples, general educational material, and a tool that helps draft marketing copy. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent allowed by applicable law. If you use it for a restaurant or another organization, you should have authority to use the business information you submit. This version provides public tools without an account or a payment step. It does not provide email delivery, customer database management, reservations, or a contract for ongoing marketing services. Use the website for the purposes described here.
Your brief and your authority
You are responsible for the information you enter and for having the rights needed to use it. Submit business facts that can be used to prepare a restaurant email. Do not enter subscriber lists, private customer records, confidential information, credentials, or content you are not entitled to share with an AI provider. When you request generation, you authorize the service to process the brief through DeepSeek for that request. The privacy policy explains the application's processing in more detail, including the distinction between browser memory and third-party provider practices.
Review every draft before use
AI output may contain mistakes, omissions, unsuitable language, or claims that do not fit your business. Templates may also require substantial changes for your particular audience. You must review the subject, body, dates, prices, availability, offer conditions, and links before publishing or sending. Do not rely on the generator to verify ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability, licensing, accessibility, or the ability to honor a promotion. A draft is a writing aid. It is not an operational approval, legal assessment, reservation confirmation, or guarantee that a campaign will achieve a commercial result.
Sending campaigns is your responsibility
Use a suitable email platform to manage recipients, permissions, personalization, delivery, and unsubscribes. Add the sender details, postal address, disclosures, and working opt-out mechanism required for your circumstances. The exported footer contains visible placeholders when information is missing; replace them before use. Rules differ by location and audience, and a template does not establish that you have permission to email a particular person. Our guides are general information and do not replace advice from a qualified professional or official guidance relevant to your restaurant.
Permitted use of templates and output
You may adapt the original sample wording and layouts provided through the public template and export tools for your own restaurant or for clients you are authorized to assist. You may copy and edit the resulting campaign content for that purpose. This permission does not extend to claiming ownership of the website's brand, reselling the collection as your own competing template library, or using third-party trademarks and materials beyond the rights you hold. AI output may resemble other output and may not be unique. We do not promise that every generated phrase qualifies for exclusive intellectual-property protection.
Acceptable behavior
Do not use the service to create deceptive promotions, unlawful messages, harassment, discriminatory content, or campaigns that misrepresent another business. Do not attempt to extract credentials, bypass request limits, interfere with service operation, or cause the AI endpoint to process unrelated bulk tasks. Automated abuse can increase costs and reduce availability for other visitors. The operator may restrict requests or access to address misuse, security concerns, provider requirements, or legal obligations. A restriction is not a promise that all harmful content can be detected or prevented before it appears.
Exports, links, and third-party systems
HTML exports use a simple email layout, but inbox software varies. Test your email through the platform you plan to use, check links on a phone, and verify platform-specific merge tags after import. The preview cannot guarantee identical rendering in every client. DeepSeek, Cloudflare, analytics providers, and the services you link to operate under their own terms. Their availability or behavior can change. A link to an external resource is not an endorsement of every practice or a promise that its content remains current. You should review relevant provider terms before relying on them.
Availability and limitations
The service may be changed, interrupted, rate-limited, or withdrawn, including when an upstream provider is unavailable or configuration is incomplete. Drafts are not saved as an account history, so keep a local copy of work you want to retain. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular level of accuracy, increased revenue, or a specific marketing result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Updates, questions, and resolving concerns
The operator may update these terms as the service develops. The revision date appears at the top, and material changes should be communicated when applicable law requires it. Review the current terms before using a new feature. If you have a concern about a draft, your use of the service, or these terms, use the contact channel published by the operator and describe the issue without including customer data or secrets. The operator's identity and any additional local legal information should be supplied for the published installation. These terms do not invent a place of business, a court, or a governing jurisdiction on the operator's behalf.
Contact the operator.
Operator and contact details are reserved for the published installation. If you received a preview link, contact the person who shared it with you. Please do not submit customer data or secrets through the writing tool.
